I made mine a Valentine instead of birthday, kept the floating hearts and envelope design using a background stamp, adding acrylic and clay hearts and a Big Chat Sticker for the sentiment.

Julia this is adorable!!! I LOVE those scalloped edges, they are perfect for a Valentine's card and Sallie is right about those little glossy hearts. They took me back to being a kid and gobbling up those cinnamon hearts :O)
