I was planning on giving a tutorial from Jennifer McGuire a try today: Alcohol Pearls on black. Before I had time to do that, I looked at the IC, first category I clicked on was the Macro one, fourth picture in was this: https://www.muraledesign.com/close-u...er-f127657131/
I LOVE IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS...if this doesn't look like what I planned to do, nothing does. Thank you, Jennifer.
I created a bunch of backgrounds, using blending solution, Ranger snow cap mixative, the Pearls and Pinata silver mixative. I used a brush to mix the snow cap into the blending solution, then dropped the two blue pearls and the silver. I used the Rocket-Air to blow things around, added more blending solution and color, until I was happy and let it dry. The Joggles black is 5x7 so I cut them in half to not waste anything. You need to use a very smooth, sturdy black cs. Added my die cuts, which are layered, tiny gems which are hard to see, and that was that. I love those Pearls!

Stunning creation Jean! Those pearls are awesome looking on that black...it kind of reminds me of a satellite view of a shoreline. The tiny gems are perfect. Jennifer McG sure has some fun videos...could get lost in those.
