I took a monotype that I made using ARTplorations Fairytale Forest and Ethinic Organic One stencils. I then traced a die cut butterfly onto the print. I painted the butterfly white, but it looked to unfinished to me so I drew in the scales and added glitter. I stamped STAMPlorations folk flowers on to the print and added the sentiment. I colored the flowers in with markers. The back of this print was really pretty so I didn't want to cover it up. I decided to make this into a postcard. You can see how the print looked before I added the butterfly and the back of this post card on MY BLOG

I really like the way you painted your trademark butterfly directly onto the print so that it just shows through as a hint of colour. I like the warm.oranges and purple. Happy New Year to you too.
