It's been three weeks of family visiting from out of town and holiday activities, I haven't made a card for so long!
Color Challenge: Really Back to Basics with dessert option: New Year sparkle
Sketch Challenge: Changed the circles to hearts and adjusted the placement a little for the extra large sentiment
This is a New Years card for my DH, with our resolution for 2020. I hope it will remind both of us to stop and do those little things that make us happy. For him, it could be a jigsaw puzzle and for me, what else but paper crafts!
I was excited to see the Stampin Up rotary date stamp I purchased a very long time ago included the year 2020 which I stamped in the corner.
Thanks for looking! Happy New Year.

Beautiful card! I enjoy what both of you enjoy. Occasionally, I manage to work a jigsaw puzzle when not making a card.

Great looking New Years card for your DH....and encompassing two challenges too, Diane. I like the addition of the buffalo check panel.....could easily make it a masculine valentine too.

That sentiment is a good reminder for all of us, that's for sure, and makes such a sweet card for your husband for New Year's. Great job with both challenges!
