I made this card for Karen, Art Deco Diva, who is battling breast cancer, yet again. Not fair! She is such a caring, supportive person and very active on SCS. The Teapot party this week is to send her cards in pink to bring her some cheer.
I received this new die set and decided it would make a great card for Karen with the center heart. I cut out and layered the DP using 3D pop dots. I added a silver heart with a pink gem to the center layer. I embossed pink cs and then brushed raised edges with Wink of Stella glitter. I added a silver glitter layer and a pink layer on the card, then used the 3D pop dots to attach my assembled die cuts. I added lots of sparkly silver gems to the card inside the intricate die swirls. I sent up a prayer for Karen with every layer and gem. Much love and lots of healing thoughts are being sent her way.

Beautiful card for Karen. Love all the delicate and lacy layering for your central heart. It says"filled with love"....which karen is sure to appreciate.

I think this card should make Karen feel like a princess! It has that sort of look about it, the wonderful layering and all the beautiful swirls and curls and sparkle and bling.

My first thought was that this looked very beautiful and regal. After reading Sabrina and Anita's comments, im not alone. This is fit for a princess....Princess Karen is going to love this beauty, Gracie.
