Stamped & embossed the Rose on Vellum then colored on the reverse side with Arteza Brush markers. I die cut both the vellum (hard to see in the pic but effective IRL) and pink panel with the open scalloped curved border. Layered onto my card base then stamped the sentiment in bottle green. Finished with a few clear gems . . .I don't know why the camera always makes them look like googlie eyes but they really are clear and sparkly!

I can see your matching diecut edge...And the lovely coloring on the reverse. But it is the quote that steals the show to me! Gotta love being introduced to a new thought and Linda, I thank you! Gorgeous.
Just adding the mirroring of the curve in both the Rose and scalloped edge is a visual stunner!

Beautifully colored, that looks like the Peace rose. The pink parchment and vellum with curved borders are elegant and feminine. Gorgeous card, Linda!! Thanks for playing in my challenge and treating us to your Vision in Vellum.
