This is my sample for CC769. Jeanne is our hostess and she chose pretty peacock, so saffron and rococo rose for her color palette. Dessert Option is to keep it cozy with your fave beverage.
I tried to go with the dessert option but my mojo kept hitting a wall. So after 4 attempts, I switched gears and went with Christmas.
I am using the CottageCutz Nativity w/Donkey die. I cut a circle from pretty peacock cardstock and stenciled stars with white ink.
For the stable and the manger, I used ivory cardstock and sponged it with walnut stain distress ink. The hay is cut in so saffron and sponged with so saffron ink & dried marigold distress ink.
The sentiment is from PaperTrey ink and I used pretty peacock ink for stamping. To cover the rococo rose color, I scattered a few faceted enamel dots in that color.

This is precious Mary! I love the scene you've created. The Pretty Peacock with the stars is perfect! (And I too had trouble with this challenge and I picked the colors - augh!)

I love this card Mary! I too had a difficult time with this challenge. I love the way your idea fell into place. And what better way to celebrate the season than the story of Our Lord Jesus♥️
