This most amazing star that shone to announce the birth of Jesus, the promised one, was God's way of letting the whole world know of the good news. It truly was a star of wonder. My favorite color combo for this season has been the gold and kraft together. I used a black card base for contrasting with the star. The message is handwritten with a white gel pen, I let the washi tapes make the rays of light from the star. Three is symbolic of the trinity.

I have never tried kraft and gold, that will need to change in 2020! Your use of washi tape is fabulous and your description of your card is enriching.

Kim took the words right out of my mouth ...or typing I should say! :-) This is indeed eye catching against the black background! Love the composition with the all those triangular elements. Great card!
