Polly is our hostess for the Teapot Tuesday challenge, which you can find HERE. No extra cookies for me because I didn't use DP, I wanted to include the knit texture ef. But I have knitting, green, outdoords, and I was very good and didn't make a beeline straight for my classic go-to sketch, which I spotted in there.
I embossed two pieces of green, trimmed them, and laid them on some DP to create the base layer. Added a few punched daisies with Nuvo Drops for the centre.
Stamped my little sheep knitting away, and coloured with pencils. Masked her and sponged the green in. Added a sentiment tag and little bow as per the sketch.

The knitted texture is so fabulous with the knitting sheep. I totally forgot to use my knitting images..even though I did remember the sketch. We can all be forgetful at times!! Your card is really fun!

I so very much love this, Sabrina! The knitting texture speaks cozy and comforting. And who could resist that precious lamb? Love that sketch. I've looked in on the Pink blog...such ambitious creating going on there. But can you imagine actually USING UP a whole pad of 6x6??? not gonna happen in this studio.
Fav'd.

This is such a special card .... incorporating Jamie's favorite color, her love of knitting and the precious lamb to represent her love of the outdoors! The sweet daisies are just the perfect final touch ... can you tell I love your card?!

What a fun card with your sheep knitting away! Great background with all the different knitting designs, Sabrina. The little flowers add a touch of elegance!
