I thought about an Angel in a cloudy sky bringing the light and peace for a Happy New Year's card.
I used a tissue (kleenex) mat gel medium and blue reinker, die cut the frame and popped the center with foam tape, punched some doves and added gold glitter to the light, silver Happy New Year stickers at the bottom

You have managed a sky full of cloudy movement. I like how your did a self framing by popping the angel panel up on foam tape. The little doves are a beautiful embellishment.

The kleenex has given a very soft look, perfect with your angel and the doves. I think I'll stick to tissue paper sheets, though ;-), less likely to tear if I need to move it! I like the way you cut the centre and popped it up.
