I followed this tutorial
I don't have Staz-on ink as suggested in the tutorial so used Gina k Jet Black amalgam ink to stamp my image onto the acetate. ( It dried nicely to a non-smear finish) I had planned to use Crystal lacquer on the backside but mine was so old it had turned brown and ultra thick - Plan B - covered with modge podge, added drops of color and spread as best I could before it dried (which seemed pretty fast) spinkled art glitter over the entire piece then pressed on my tissue paper followed by another piece of cardstock. This card is amazingly glittery IRL but SO hard to capture in a photo!
In retrospect, I think it would have been easier to work with a smaller image, so I could get all the colors spread more evenly before it started drying on me . . . .

Oh, it may have turned your hair white, but it's not the first time you've made me regret giving that stamp away. It looks beautiful - and you did an amazing job painting behind it with the re-inkers to add colour to the greenery and candle glow. And I can see the glitter, it looks beautiful.
You don't have any multi medium or anything like that? Your crystal lacquer must be very old - even my crackle accents which is probably over 12 years old at this stage, while it's certainly thicker, is still as clear as it ever was. I should have thought to mention that nowadays some other inks will dry - I know the Brilliance ones do. I'm glad you had something that worked.

Really neat how you colored it from behind and added glitter! Fabulous! I just colored my fish on the background paper and the seaweed on the front with an alcohol marker...
