Like many folks it took me a while to come up with something that I thought fit into this week's sketch challenge. This stamp set came to me as I have always loved this set of three. I used water color pencils with a blender pen on the images. I couldn't quite go with straight up squares as the stamps lend themselves to the oval die cut. Mounted them on die cut rectangles covered with a strip of washi tape. I added the pumpkin pie as a back panel embossed using the SU scripty EB. I was disappointed in the quality of the embossing as the CS was hard to get good embossing. I had several tries before finally accepting one. Followed the videos for 3-D embossing and added some additional paper to shim the EB as I rolled it through. Oh well. Added some ribbon and brads and the sentiment. Getting late for fall leave themes but these colors and this stamp set says fall to me. TFL

Why is it that we think leaves and fall colors should have a shorter season? Most of us don't hesitate to use spring coors other times of the year... Anyway, this is a lovely way to use the sketch, the colors and those delicate images!
