A couple of weeks ago my little craft group issued a challenge...make a Christmas card in non-traditional colours...no red or green! Yikes!! I chose black and white with a little sparkly gold thrown in for good measure! LOL The die is a fairly old one that I 'rediscovered' from Cottage Cutz (probably one of the first I ever purchased). I used Starform lines and greeting to add some sparkle and used the coloured pencils and glamsol technique for one of the images.

I love Christmas (and any other holiday!) in nontraditional colors. The B/W is so elegant. Doesn't the card look so different with color! Both terrific, Sue!

Beautiful poinsettias. They stand out nicely on the dark background. It is interesting to see the difference that some coloring and shading makes. Both cards are lovely!
