It's tickle Time!!
We've got our own Jean this week hosting the tickle challenge and she asked for feathers. MMTPT592~ 26th November 2019 ~ It's Tickle Time! by Cook22 at Splitcoaststampers
I stamped the feathers cut them out water colored them and did some doodling used 8 to make the fan (you can open and close it) and used the others to embellish, stamped the sentiment on the side.
The background is one from my stash made last year with a mixture of water bicarbonate and vinegar.

This is gorgeous Anita, and super fun and creative too. When I first saw your fan, I thought it was the tail of a turkey. The fan is gorgeous and I am glad it is a lovely fan surrounded by even more pretty feathers. ~Karen.

Fun card, Anita. Love the giant amount of VERY pretty feathers and how you arranged them in a fan shape. Very pretty. Hugz

Oh my goodness, Anita, those feathers are just amazing. It's extra special being able to open and close it, too. It must have taken you ages colouring and cutting them, but so worth it. What a great sentiment for a Tickle card, too.

a brad is the word I was looking for and could not remember when describing my card. So neat to make it open and shut and great coloring and doodling---super cute card.
