Susie is our hostess this week and we're having our tea-party in honour of Jeannie's (Luv2grdn) mother.
I think I got Susie's 12 days of Christmas on here, if I'm allowed count my cute owl as Santa ;-), which I think I am. The challenge is HERE.
Red: Santa's hat and Holly Berries (Xcut die)
Green : Holly leaves (glitter card) and tree -Dee's Distinctively stacker tree
Gold: Krylon pen edging the tree panels
Silver: Ornaments, (Spellbinders Heirloom ornaments)
Additional colours (the more the merrier) - I used a piece of Serendipity Squares for the tree pot
Tree/s : Dee's Distinctively Stacker Tree
Holly: in the corners (XCut), on the gifts (Memory Box)
Baubles: see "silver", also in one of the gifts
Santa : 'nuff said, flies by night, got a hat
Presents : My Minds Eye Twelve Days of Christmas DP
Texture: embossing on the tree, glitter card for the holly leaves and ornaments
At least one more thing not on the list: seaside theme with the background paper and a sand dollar. Afterwards I thought I should have used a starfish as the tree topper instead of Memory Box Star of Wonder cut from one of my tomato paste tubes.
Santowl is coloured with Inktense pencils, has Stickles on his hat trim and Glossy Accents on his beak and talons. Just looking at him I'm remembering the magic of holding an owl at a raptor centre, how soft he was, and how amazingly light.

Yes Sabrina, I will also say you achieved all 12 days of Christmas and WHO wouldn’t want a wise Santowl!
Such a cute Christmas scene! Love the embossed tree for texture and interest and the silver baubles and gold garland makes your tree shine bright.
Great idea to use decorative DP pieces as presents and love all the details with the sea theme!
Thanks a bunch for your beautiful creation for my mom and know she will love all your thoughtful details too!
Warm hugs!

Sanowl is a hoot (pin intended) as you said, flies by night, got a hat LOL. Sabrina I loved reading all the details before I got to see the picture (woooohoooo I got a notification too). This is even more special than I had imagined. I love all the elements and design. This would make a perfect Aussie Christmas card - half of the population visit the beach at Christmas time. Thanks so much for bringing your terrific card to the teaparty.
