So behind this week, so I combined three challenges: Thursday's WT (store windows); Friday's MIX (use two pastes); and today's IC (Boston Proper).
I went to the site because nothing was really grabbing me and found these earrings: https://www.bostonproper.com/p/peaco...ther-earrings/
Things went along very smoothly after that. I used a background I had, made with glimmer sprays, added some pastes and used the new Joggles chip board shapes. My dancer was painted with black gesso, then dry brushed with the shimmery Lumiere paint. I stamped a mandala stamp onto some already colored wc paper with some kind of sprays (maybe DOx) and cut it out for her skirt. I added some glimmer paste through a stencil and a belt of rhinestones. I put the same rhinestones on top and bottom. Added the ultra beautiful sequins from Neat and Tangled. My panel is not quite dry so I will mount it later. It's a little warped so I hope I can flatten it. I will post the picture of my store window in the WT chat. I love that Opal paste; it is lavender/blue.

I love how the shape of her skirt mimics the shape of those earrings and isn't it funny how everything just falls together with the right one thing.
I love your card and the textures this has are just awesome Jean.

Immediately faved! This is mixed media at it’s best. Gorgeous! Love how she is on stage and those shimmery curtains spotlight her. It’s obvious your imagination has no bounds! Awesome!
If only Eunice was that flexible, wink!

Lumiere, shimmery. Darn - why on earth didn't I think of that today when I was working on my antiqued ornament! Thanks for the reminder, via this amazing card. The paste looks like stage curtains opened to reveal your dancer, full of the joy of life. Love the extra texture on her skirt, and the strings of bling are just a super design element.

Super texture and the color of that paste is awesome, I agree with that. Lovely dancer.
