Happy middle of the week, all! Welcome to my kick off your shoes and settle in for a show...out the window. Thank you Diane (DCinkit) for a fun Sketch Challenge. I did take creative license too! Also, this card is for the TeaPotter Challenge which Anita (snietje) is hosting this week. We are sending our cards to a man who used his own money in a random act of kindness to feed children who did not have lunch at area local schools.
I created my window (Sketch Challenge), by stamping an unknown rubber stamp twice and fussy cutting the panels and then constructing them together. It was embossed with UTEE to give more dimension. Memory Box'es retired DP was used as the view out the window. The rest of the room, the ceiling, floor, walls, rug, chair, and pillow pattern are from the Basic Grey 'Origins'.
Doesn't that chair look comfy. My pillow was free cut. I thought it was a good place for the sentiment. Mr. Levy has certainly created joy for those school children. Creating joy often costs nothing but our effort, either our talent, or money. Let's image what impact we can have right in the communities we call home.
Thank you for your comments...another way to create joy!

Your window scene is the best! The bird on the branch was just meant to be right there. The whole room looks so inviting! I love the mix of papers (I had that stack..) and your hand messaged pillow....so you!

Seems very comforting and soothing to me. Love those pretty green florals in the wall paper and pillow.
