I was inspired by the blue and green colors and they reminded me of a card by Sallie, that I put in my favorites a few weeks ago. I made a stencil for the BG trees and applied distress inks, then used a darker blue for the sky and white acrylic paint for the snow. The sentiment was stamped in enchanted evening, the panel was attached to the enchanted evening card base and two trees were cut from white cardstock. Here's my inspiration colors.

Beautiful work and I remember Sallie's card....so beautiful, also. We used the same inspiration today and went so different. I love seeing that.

Thanks, Sue, for mentioning your inspiration. I'm flattered. (You'd be surprised how some don't give credit) Your card is LOVELY...and I honestly think you achieved much more atmosphere with yours which I think is stellar.
