For the Inspiration Challenge this week, we're headed to a place called One Coast & I chose THIS for my inspiration.
For my card, I knew I wanted a top layer so that only a portion of the pumpkin bg would show, so I cut the black layer first & also cut the circle window out of it. Then I stamped the fun pumpkin bg & colored w/ Copics. Now I didn't color all of it; just the parts that would show. Hey, I'm not a complete idiot (some parts are missing, lol). The spider webs were stamped onto the black w/ the Distress Oxide ink & the greeting was die cut & double stacked a little off.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ Copic colors & product links: The Write Stuff

Oh, what a cute pumpkin crowd and such a great design for your fun, creative card. I hear you about coloring just the parts that would show.
