I so loved this challenge. Not Quite Nave is my all time favorite ever color...... I made a mask, stamped the bottom with versamark, then added Stardust EP. I added the other part of the mask over the embossing, then stamped the trees (which have a subtle script in them) using white pigment ink, then overstamped after heating/drying them with Distress markers.
The sky has 2 stamps by Stampendous- the snowflakes and the star. The star is colored in Prismacolors, then clear stickles added. The snowflakes- first I added silver Prismacolor pencil to the large sowflakes, then white dots to the citcles. I added silver stickles over the centers of the larger snowflakes. The sentiment is embossed using white EP.

Starry, starry night! Thanks for all the details. I love the sparkly foreground, and am amazed that the trees aren't dimensional, just stamped! They look either raised or recessed, and the hint of script in them looks great, I've always loved images that incorporate script.
