A friend from high school (and my dental hygienist) just had her knee replaced last week. I prefer 'thinking of you' cards to 'get well'.
For the TLC, I painted some gray cs with several colors of dark pinkish reds, blue and silver and embossed the greeting and flower in silver. Used the same flower stamp to stamp a bit in the bottom right hand corner. All pretty easy.

This is just stunning Jean! I love the panel you made with all the blended colors that highlight the heat embossing so beautifully. This also looks amazing with the kraft card base. Your friend is going to adore this card you made for her Jean! ~Karen.

Amazing panel. Beautiful card. I prefer other sentiments to "get well", too. Love the pretty script "thinking of you" that you used. Awesome images that are so pretty in gold. Interesting tidbit you wrote on the thread that the Florence Nightingale oath is still used for the new RNs. Great card for your friend.

It's amazing how different the same image looks embossed and just stamped tone-on-tone. The overall metallic shimmer and sheen is beautiful - and I love the little row of gems along the curve of the stem.

Your bg is stunning and shows off that bold flower well. I like the Thinking of You sentiment...nice contrast between the right stamped off flower and that sassy blossom.
