I needed a 20th birthday card today and I donât have a computer this morning. I just bought a new laptop at Best Buy and they have both my old and new laptops right now so they can transfer files over. This had to be a low tech card, but I knew that I wanted this sentiment so I printed it out yesterday morning and hoped that I could fit it into todayâs sketch. The image came to me courtesy of my BTPFF, Carla, and I thought he had just the right serious look for my sentiment. Cut him into the circle shape and had to fill in the bottom of his jacket. Howâd I do? Can you tell? Then I went looking for DP scraps for the squares and thought this text matched well. Meanwhile, I really wanted to try my new stencil that I bought on Friday. I had to go to a meeting in Worcester and while I was there, I searched the internet for art supplies stores near me and found one only a mile from the hotel I was at. When I walked in, they told me that they are the oldest art supply store in the countryâso I had to buy a souvenir, right?

What a perfect image choice for that snark!! You can just hear him saying that. I know the sentiment is computer-but what about him? And backing him with dictionary text..great!

I haven’t been online much lately and missed this! Love how you used the mustache guy. The stenciled bg and dictionary pp are perfect with him. BTW, he’s from I Love Rubber Stamps. Unfortunately, they’re no longer in business.
