The fun polka dot background was created with Concord & 9th's Dotted fill-in stamp set which is part of my DTGD prize from Concord & 9th. Thank you, Concord & 9th and SCS!
After having fun creating the background, I die cut Grace from some sparkly paper that I made previously playing around. I also die cut the shadow from vellum. I added her to the background along with some silver metallic thread and I heat embossed the sentiment. Then I sent Grace off to send happy birthday wishes.
Thanks for looking!

What a truly charming birthday card this is Catherine. This dotted background is absolutely fabulous. I truly thought this was DP! Very ingenious. And I love how this background paper highlights your sparkly dancing fairy! You sure made Concord & 9th proud with this card Catherine. ~Karen.
