I wanted to try the crackled glass technique but even after 6 layers of EP it didn't work so kept it like it is,I stamped the cottage with stazOn, water colored the sky and snow, added a bit of shade with marker and heat embossed 6 times with crystal EP, die cut a piece of burlap and raffled the edges, made a multiple bow and sponged a wooden rabbit with ink, sponged the edges to give it an older look

Oh, poor Anita, you're not having much luck with my challenges this week :-(. I do think perhaps that the cracked glass really needs the UTEE (Ultra Thick, much coarser grains) to work properly. But your image panel looks great and I bet it feels lovely and smooth. I'm very impressed that it's not scorched, mine definitely would have been by the time I got to just three layers! The eff CT of the cloudy blue sky is beautiful, and I like the natural bleached colour of the burlap. And I love the little rabbit.

I love this card Anita, in spite of it not having the results you desired. I really love how you used green on the image for a monochromatic look, yet added in a sky and shading with blue. This is really striking. The added burlap layer and twine bow give this a wonderful vintage postcard feeling and this little wooden bunny is just as darling as darling can be. ~Karen.
