My mindfulness moment happened while I was walking in the park and listening to a meditation. It was in july...a time of year when we have no wind, just dry heat. Just as the soothing voice on my tape was instructing me to visualize all my stress and worries being blown away by a blast of wind, a huge gust of wind came out of nowhere. It was such perfect timing that i just stood there grinning like a weirdo. I had trouble finding an image that looked like wind, but this one captured that feeling. As s side note, I never look this put together when I walk. I can always be found in jeans and tennis shoes. I don't think I have ever looked this nicely dressed. I hope you join us in this fun challenge. TFL, Francie

Always such a treat to see your cards, Francie, just a shame that it's a rare treat. Your image is amazing, and with the rich colours and detailed drawing it reminds me so much of an exhibition of Erte fashion drawings we went to see here a few years back, very much that style of fashion. But the yellow birds are my favourite thing with their texture and sparkle.
