Everyone should believe in something...I believe I'll go fishing.
I made this yesterday for my brother John's birthday, which is the end of October. At this very moment, he is in northern Wisconsin, fishing on Emma Lake. It is raining. When I saw today's challenge for Dan, I thought 'just make another one, Jean.' The fisherman is an unmounted red rubber from IO, very cheap, and the other stamps are wood mounted, given to me by a friend. My brother loves to collect specimens of things and learn about nature, so I thought those stamps would work well for him. I'll put a birthday greeting inside.

Brilliant! I’ve always loved that stamp and the way you built a ‘newsprint’ type posting is wonderful. Reed approved as well! He said for all those that need to know, the fish is a striped bass.

Jean I'm so glad you were able to upload, we wouldn't want to miss seeing this great card. I love that you are making a duplicate of a card especially made for your brother. Between you, Polly and Susan, I'm going to start looking at my vintage images through new eyes. Thanks fo the inspiration Jean and for coming to our teaparty for Dan.
