I haven't done a challenge in about 9 days so I am having withdrawals. :) Today's CAS challenge is to make a card that is sport related. I had this Riley already colored from about ten yrs ago. I thought it was time to use him. I used paper out of my scrap bags. The measuring tape paper scrap was left from making a sewing card, but it works perfectly for fishing. I am sure that Riley is going to measure his fish so he can brag to his friends so I think the paper works fine with a fishing card, too.

Super image and though for me, fishing falls in the same category as watching paint dry, My son-in-law would argue it's sport to the last fish!! I love the idea of the measuring tape as a backdrop - it's even done in well worn masculine colors - like it's been in the tackle box forever.

I’m positive that Riley will generously measure his fish :0)
Perfect DP to go with the fishing theme! I’m thinking that 33 that’s showing will be just about right for the measurement. Such a fun and cute card, Shirley. So glad you found time to play along!
