This is the second of three cards using the Dipsy Doodle technique.
First of all create a water colour panel background by dabbing watercolour paints in different shades. Start doodling around your flowers using any shapes you wish. My favourite ones on this card are the little clusters of flowers all joined together.
Once you have finished doodling to your heart's content - highlight some of the flowers with white pen.
