Congratulations, Laura (blackbirdcreations) for being our newest Featured Stamper. Your gallery is filled with lots of choices for CASEing! I definitely want to visit it again as you've done some really fun cards with paint chip samples.
It was this CASE'd CASE I happened upon that I couldn't resist. **Skating by**. I mean really, who would resist that Cat's Pajamas dog? I loved the simplicity of your card and the stripes in the Washi tape and the Bakers twine.
I kept your layout and trims, changing the main focal to my dancin' couple. Added more Washi tape (more glitter is never wrong), right? I also paper pieced the dancers' skirt and sweater.
Thanks for looking...and I must admit I've always thought I'd take up dancin' in my Senior years...living in a University town...there is all sorts of free lessons and clubs...perhaps Salsa or Tango...what's your fav?

Fabulous case of a case, Susan! Right! More glitter is never wrong. Ha! Your paper piecing was a great idea. This is so lively looking. Love it! I would probably choose salsa lessons!

Definitely salsa.....love this card...that couple look as though they are gliding away and ooh her skirt and jumper...awesome. I like the washi tape strips and definitely need glitter in our lives. Faved. TFS.
.....and yep we had dancing lessons for 6 years and still can’t remember a routine...something to do with age I think lol. As for my clicky clicky shoes that I get out now and again when our poppets visit....well I always fancied myself as Ginger Rogers lol. Thanks for the memories...happy day

Wow - I would love to take up dancing! This dance they are doing looks really fun. I tried Salsa once and it was fun - I could lose this weight with some of that! Great card, Susan. Hugz

This is so fun & so sweet, Susan! I dance around the house all the time, lol. Of course for some people (like my BIL), it should be "dance when you're SURE nobody is watching." He looks like one of the Lollipop Gang (from the Wizard of Oz) when he dances.
