I used a thread to attach the little tags to the circular die cuts.
My PP's are from Marianne Design: PK9064.
My image is from an old decoupage sheet (3DHM0036) from Hetty Meeuwsen, cut by hand and made 3D.
For further embellishment I used a few yellow Rhinestones and corners stickers.

Your little girl is just so sweet! Love that bright green coat and the pretty floral paper. Great way of using thread, I do like little tags as a design element.
