I copied this from somewhere in 2015 - making multiple cards with my multitudes of washi tapes - likely inspired by The Fugal Crafter, Lindsey.
I die-cut a large & small butterfly (die set that matches Watercolor Wings set) from scraps of colored shimmer papers (likely from The Paper Cut in Appleton, WI). I glued them together and added a scrap of gold curling ribbon.
On the white card layer I adhered torn strips of coordinating washi tapes, stamped the "Thank You in burgandy, and adhered the butterflies. This was mounted to a burgandy card-base (lined with white inside to, write on). Looks like I colored a couple pearls with a Sharpie and put those on the large butterfly.
I made 5 other similar cards with die cuts:elephant, dragonfly, trees, etc. Making Sympathy, Get well, & Thinking of You cards.
Thanks for visiting. Now go make some cards! : - )
