I've never had much success with washi tape but my local £1 shop had tubs with six rolls of coordinating tapes in each recently and I couldn't resist a couple of tubs. I took today's challenge as a push and thought the silver/grey ones might be good for a Christmas card. I did consider just embossing the holly sprig in silver on white but I decided on a pop of colour in the end.

Oh, I definitely like the coloured holly - and the curved edge. Nice washi, too. Like you I don't use a lot, but occasionally I'm tempted by what they have in the local Euro stores. I just had to buy one with crime scene tape, and I nearly used that today. Problem is - what to do with a roll of footballs, other than use it for sticking dies down!
