Here is my inspiration. TLC661 FF17scraperwannabe Spotted Poppies by asweetjewel at Splitcoaststampers
I followed this tutorial from Julie Davidson to make the buckle card. http://juliedavison.blogspot.com/201...-tutorial.html
I changed it up a bit to make it mine.
When I saw this card, I immediately thought of sunflowers. I used a different stamp set, a different layout but similar colors.
I stamped the white front panel and cut a bit off and used it for the inside of the card's edge. I punched a hole for the buckle to go through. I glued this piece to the card base then punched a hole for the buckle again. The buckle is covered by the inside sentiment area and the stamped flowers cut from the card.

This is so gorgeous and rich with color and texture. I love that the sunflowers texture reminds me of the aida cloth bg of my card that you chose for inspiration. Nicely done and thank you for finding inspiration in my gallery today.
