Well as you can see from the picture this guy was a "real stiff".
I stamped him on black paper and embossed with snow white powder then fussy cut and de-boned him. Built my recessed aperture and attached to the card base with Super Glue brand mounting foam. Now to put some life into my skeleton! I started by attaching the head & torso using mounting foam to support the bones floating over the aperture. Then re-attached the appendages one bone at a time ( I did lose an arm bone along the way so had to stamp more skeletons and steal one from another guy) - he seems much more lively now. Finished with the Unity sentiment embossed in snow white and added some grounding and motion lines with a white gel pen.

You have me singing the Dry Bones song! What great fussy cutting (and not easy, on black - I hope you didn't strain your eyes too much) and super action that you've given him. I'm glad it was just deciding what to do that took you time, not the actual technique. Mounting foam - sounds interesting, I must look it up. I love it when a challenge nudges me into something I'd been meaning to do.

Linda, this is just fantastic! What a fabulous Halloween card and boy, you had me in stitches laughing over your Mr. Bones being a real "stiff." Ha! I love how you de-boned him and put some life back into him. I am truly impressed! ~Karen.
