| | I made this card for this week's Featured Stamper Judy (aka Gracie). Gracie is also an Alphabet Sister so I was just thrilled to see her receive this wonderful recognition that she so deserves. Gracie has a stunning gallery filled with all kinds of techniques and colorful cheer. When I spotted this card: DTGD19berlycece Be Kind by JRHolbrook at Splitcoaststampers I knew I had to make it. I absolutely adore the red and green blooms on Gracie's card, but I am making this as a thank you card for a friend and she does not like red so I toned my flower down to pink instead. The flower and vase are colored with copic markers. I used a die to cut the vase out and I fussy cut the flower. The sparkly silver thank you die is adhered to a white thank you for some added dimension and stability. Congratulations again Gracie and thank you for being Featured Stamper this week because you helped me get an overdue thank you card made that I am thrilled with. Enjoyed your much deserved week in the spotlight too. Hugs! ~Karen. |
