Today's challenge gave me a chance to use up several rejected bg I had made months (years?) ago. Stamped my fish on a scrap of blue and colored with primsacolor pencils in some of the fun colors I saw when scuba diving in Hawaii.
Die cut the 2nd layer from a rejected debossed acrylic piece in emerald & gold acrylic paint. The top oval & shell were from 2 of the very 1st DOX bg's I tried. finished with stickles on the seaweed, bubbles and shell border.

Scuba diving in Hawaii! That must have been a colorful, beautiful experience, Linda. You created a beautiful card using scraps! Drawing upon your memories of scuba diving resulted in a fabulous and colorful fish. The blue oval that provides a peephole to see the gorgeous background is wonderful. I love your card, Linda!

Fabulous underwater scene. Good for you using "rejected" backgrounds to create this amazing card. I like the seashells and anchor accents and the sparkle. Wonderfully done!
