Playing with this cute show digi image from Whimsey Doodles as I needed a few birthday cards for shoe loving friends and family.
The digi image actually had a Valentine/Love themed sentiment with it. I cut out just the shoe and paired it with a sentiment I found on line (I think from a Nike ad).
Printed, colored and die cut my focal panel. Cut a black mat, just slightly larger than my die cut focal panel. Found this pretty DSP in my "Scraps - Reds" box and decided it would make a pretty pairing with the focal image/sentiment. Assembled the card.
I finished it off with a clear glitter pen "wash" to add a bit of shimmery wonderfulness.
Inside sentiment is just a simple "HAPPY BIRTHDAY."
