My "snowstorm" is actually a fireworks stamp but I think it converts pretty well to snowflakes. Stamped repeatedly to frame my panel in watermark ink and embossed with clear powder - I applied baby Blue chalk with a cotton ball to the center of the panel then finished around the edges by sponging on wilted violet. Buffed my panel with a tissue to make my flakes pop a little better and finished with an assortment of sequins snowflakes & gumdrops around the stamped sentiment.
