I was going to go to bed but got caught up in "just one more thing" syndrome. This is for Stephanie's DTGD challenge. I took some large paper coffee filters from my DH's pour over coffee making rig (he rinses and saves the papers for me) and diecut them. I then rolled several using glue dots to adhere. I had a piece of paper that had been a desk protector where I stamped off etc and tore a strip of that to go on my wood card base. It has an ugly cupcake under there but I loved the reverse sentiment. I decided I needed leaves so I diecut some grey felt.

Such an interesting look with those beauties backed with wood!

Gail, the woodgrain background and torn paper is the perfect backdrop for your beautiful rolled roses. They truly look like they were real dried roses.
