This is for Lee's DTGD challenge.
I had so much fun making a bokeh bg for one of yesterday's cards that I decided to use the same technique for this Seascape. Using a cotton ball, I blended in circles of all sizes utilizing every shade of blue & aqua in my chalk pallet- 5 colors in all, I think for my watery bubble bg. I don't own any seaweed stamps or dies so used a variety of die cut tree branches and flower stems that resembled seaweed to me. Die cut the seahorse & shells from some discarded smooched DOX bg. I added crystal stickles here and there on the "seaweed" and arranged a trio of pearls near the shells. Stamped my sentiment and finished with a scattering of iridescent sequins for more shimmer & shine!
