This card is for Ann aka annsforte3âs Dare To Get Dirty challenge.
Another background technique but this one I hadnât tried. I had however seen it some where and have always wanted to give it a go. What fun I had and it turned out just as I wanted it to the first time. It was fast and easy if not just a little messy.
I cut the front card stock to size then brayered the aqua onto it waited a few seconds then brayered the Indian Yellow over the top being careful not to lift any of the Aqua (thatâs why you wait a couple of seconds so that there is a very light seal between layers) finally I brayered the Brown Earth over the top.
I placed my stencil on top of the card and gently swiped. You need to do this gently and fairly slowly so that you get layers and donât simply remove all the paint.
I put the whole lot together once it was dry naturally (doesnât take that long) and popped the little greeting up with some dimensionals.

stunning - love that you finished with brown, and your precise, companion color mats move it forward brightly!
