I looked on the internet for a photo of blueberry fields for my front, and blurred it a lot for my background on the inside of the card.
I die cut the MD rectangle window so you can see the sentiment and a tea cup on the inside. (see photo inside)
My images of the tea pot, sugar pot and tea cup are very old and cut by hand. I colored the berries with a "Wink of Stella" brush.
For further embellishments I attached an iron teapot charm with a piece of blue organza ribbon to the frame.

What fab colours. Love the way you blurred it for the inside, still great colour but with a real impressionist look. The white frame looks fantastic against the blueberry field background.

This is absolutely stunning. Love the rich colors and that beautiful die you used for the frame -- the bright white really stands out among the blues and greens.
