Today's card combines Karen's Masked Stencilling & Misit's Water Works.
I used a new stencil called Primitive Fish from A Colorful Life Designs. I saw this stencil unsed in the gallery a while ago & decided I had to have it ... first time used!! I sponged on 3 colors, then 'cleaned' my blue dauber for some sky. Added images from Wetlands & was done. I hope I remember I have this when my son's birthday comes around in Nov! Fun to do. I never thought of masking off some of the stencil.
Thanks for stopping by.

Oh my gosh! I did not see the fish at first! I thought it was a great piece with the ripples in water reflecting light. Oy. Now that I know, I still love it. I avoid primitives bc I have no idea what to do with them.

Lovely card, Karen. I can see the fish, alright - but they make me think of beetles, maybe because of the green/blue colours. I like your use of the Wetlands stamp.
