Oh how I wish I would not have added the vellum - LOL - although I actually love it. :( BUT underneath that cool vellum is actually an ombre bokeh... Alas, you win some, you lose some.
I die cut the bokeh panel and vellum and adhered together on the edges; believe it or not, I had 90% of the flowers, leaves already stamped and just waiting to be used - can't beat that. I added some Nuvo drops to finish it off.

It's a really neat effect with the hidden bokeh. This is an instance where you should have made two cards--one with and one without. LOL! I do that sometimes when I can't make up my mind...
