Steph has a shimmery cool yet elegant combination for us this week: Pretty Peacock + Bermuda Bay + Silver with sparkle for dessert. And, of course our optional theme of Christmas in July!
I swirled some Pretty Peacock ink from the ink pad onto a block and then added a few drops of Bermuda Bay reinker. Spritzed water and then laid down a piece of watercolor paper on the block. I actually had enough ink to do these 3 times and I ended up using the lightest - so you could get away with just applying some Bermuda Bay in in order to get this look.
The snowflakes were die cut with Seasonal Layers dies - from Silver Glimmer paper. The "Merry was cut from some retired galvanized metal paper. Christmas was stamped with Pretty Peacock. I scattered a few pieces of die cut "dust" around the card just for fun.
I hope you can join us. I guarantee you'll have fun with this one!

Beautiful. Inspiring with the sparkle and colors. I like the watercolor wash background and how it highlights the snowflakes and die-cut sentiment. Fabulous card!

Love the ink smoothing technique for creating a background, no two are alike. The color mix is just a wonderful contrast to those gorgeous snowflakes (I think those are going into my shopping cart soon). Beautiful Christmas card, Chris!
