ATC swap July-Sept 19 Dogs

This back ground is black cardstock with little white polka dots. The green strips are from paint chip samples. The dog is a Tim Holtz stamp. The bone is punched several times with a little bone punch and then glued together to give it dimension. I tried coloring the dog several colors and didn't like any of them. So he is white.
