Not at all what I had in mind - but a sick husband and several pounds of gooseberries to top and tail don't give me time to start again today.
I reverse masked and sponged the centre rectangle. Cut a stencil with the Swirly Scribbles and used that to apply the sparkle paste. Spattered some white paint over the lower part. Stamped the sentiment.
I'd wanted to try Melody's Fossil Stone technique from VSN, and reckoned it would make a good shell.
I think this is going in the bin, but it is what it is, it's been a long week in work. And I'll definitely be doing the fossil stone again.

Don't put it in the bin, it is pretty, Sabrina! It may not be what you had in mind but it is lovely. I love the sparkly waves and your shell is wonderful. Lovely card! Sorry your hubby is sick, hope he gets well quickly.

Oh Sabrina, NO BIN! This is so serene and elegant in it's simplicity - LOVE the shades of blues and the sweet little glimmer and seashell.
Hugs to the dh and kudos on the gooseberries!

This may not be a Sabrina card, but it is a gorgeous CAS creation! You are so clever to use the fossil stone technique for the shell--it's awesome! I love the glittery waves too. You could always send this to me...LOL!
P.S. Hoping your hubby feels better soon.

I love the simplicity of this design, which just accents the beauty of the shell and love the sentiment that keeps the focus on the shell as well. Simplicity often adds to elegance.
