So, this really did not take very long at all because, I have a hate/hate relationship with my brayer and I used a clean off sheet from last years dare to get dirty. Yup, it has been that long since mine has been dusted off or I did not rub left over ink on this same sheet with paints... hard to say but, mine is always dusty when I drag it out. I did use some aqua markers on the poppy and the top bloom came off the stem when I lifted it wet haha and so, I decided it would just move down the composition to fit the square better and whacked off the stem that was coming out the top of the second poppy. There is a tiny bit of clear stickles on the petals for contrast. Thanks for this challenge Judy, & tfl.

love it...and you know, I think we ALL are do hard on ourselves with the brayer. We should just get over ourselves and play. You card is gorgeous, Stacy. The orange offsets that beautiful bg.
But just in case you need someone to help you do those things...I'm not too far away!

I want to join in your sentiment - now what to do - what to do ?? I think this is just lovely and a happy circumstance that you needed of necessity to shorten those poppies. I can't imagine those already leggy plants being any taller. That tiny bit of stickles really draws the eye.
