I made this card for this week's Try A New Technique Challenge. Sabrina (Cook22) is our hostess and she chose a wonderful theme of "Floral Tag Card." I have never made a card with a tag on the front before so I knew I had to play in this challenge. The tag I used is a rectangle of paper, then the corners are punched. It took me awhile to decide what floral image to use, but once I decided on this stamp, then I was good to go. The image is colored with copic markers. The image tag disappeared into the background and was very hard to see so that is why I added the black mat layer which helped considerably. Thank you so much for this wonderful challenge Sabrina- I so enjoyed doing this. Thanks for looking today. ~Karen.

Oh, my goodness. I just love this. You made a great tag card inspite of not having any tags! Fabulous design. The pink, black and green is so elegant looking!

You made a great tag by punching the corners! Sometimes I've tried cutting them with a knife, but then it's hard to make sure both sides match!! The black layering and black twine give it a very classy, stylish finish.
