I need several birthday cards and since the Clean and Simple challenge this week was to use balloons, I decided to pull out an oldie but goody. This was one of the first stamps my mother and I got when we started stamping. Really quick coloring , stamped the sentiment and die cut it. Added bling to the bow on the bag. I based my balloons on the colors I found in this fabric from the Inspiration site today. I am entering this card into the following challenges.
